Christianity Online: Who Is Right?

In the world of the dark kingdom, argument about what is supposed to be in ‘God’s Word’ is king. Just tune in to your favorite online ‘Christian forum’ about a hot topic and find out for yourself. Out of the woodwork come all sort of folks claiming all kinds of things based on their knowledge that they will swear by as they seek to get you to change your mind to their way of thinking. What is truly surprising is how rampant disagreement is ‘within the body of Messiah.’ Who is right?

liberty-pride-deception-bwThe fact is that religion and belief is whatever you want it to be. Whatever you say is right based on your favorite justification. What the Bible says may be entirely different. You can debate until the cows come home. Untold numbers of professed Christians do debate online. The fact is in the majority of cases, you can tell a Christian by his or her fruit, even online. You and I can make excuses. We can snap at each other and make snide comments. We can and do belittle one another in human pride. The last one standing is not necessarily right even though this is often the way that professed Christians act. We claim to love through the lack of love. What is really the problem in professed Christianity?

The answer lies within the dark kingdom in contrast to Elohim’s [‘God’, YHWH] Kingdom. In the end, everyone has the choice to harden their own heart or give themselves over to a reprobate mind. That is the free will that YHWH gave mankind.

“And even as they did not think it worthwhile to possess the knowledge of Elohim, Elohim gave them over to a worthless mind, to do what is improper” – Romans 1:28, ISR98

“Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.” – 2 Timothy 3:8, NKJV

“They profess to know Elohim, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unfit for any good work.” – Titus 1:16, ISR98

In these three verses quoted from the New Testament, “reprobate” is translated from the Greek word “adokimos” (pronounced ad-ok’-ee-mos), which means unapproved, rejected , and by implication, worthless. This word is translated in the KJV as “castaway,” “rejected,” and as “reprobate.”

sumerian idolsWhat do we know about someone who has a reprobate mind? We know from Romans 1:28 that the people under discussion did not like to retain Elohim in their knowledge. They sought after themselves and a lifestyle of mammon, worshiping self, etc. As a result, YHWH gave them over to this reprobate, depraved, debased, unapproved, rejected, and virtually worthless state of mind.

“For the wrath of Elohim is revealed from heaven against all wickedness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known of Elohim is manifest among them, for Elohim has manifested it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible qualities have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, both His everlasting power and Mightiness, for them to be without excuse,  because, although they knew Elohim, they did not esteem Him as Elohim, nor gave thanks, but became vain in their reasonings, and their undiscerning heart was darkened.  Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
and changed the esteem of the incorruptible Elohim into the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds and of four-footed beasts and of reptiles. Therefore Elohim gave them up to uncleanness in the lust of their hearts, to disrespect their bodies among themselves” – Romans 1:18-24, ISR98

What about you and me? The Bible is a mirror that each of us applies to SELF.

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it-he will be blessed in what he does.” – James 1:22-25, NKJV

proud manThe good news is, truly converted disciples of Yahshua [Jesus] the Messiah bear fruit that shows the facts. The fruit bears itself in conduct most of the time. When a spiritually healthy and sanctified Christian posts online, you won’t see human pride magnify itself as a dominant attitude. Sarcasm and backbiting don’t become the means of conversation. How does all of this fit into the scheme of things where the dark kingdom has so much influence and power? In the end, disciples don’t have to worry that they will be found reprobate, disapproved and disqualified, as long as they remain on the narrow path leading to the narrow gate of salvation. (“Foundation of Salvation“; “Roots of Salvation“)

“Enter in through the narrow gate. Because wide is the gate and spacious the road, put to death through destruction, and many, by their reason, agree to enter. For narrow is the gate and troublesome is the road, the one that leads to life, and few agree to obtain it.“ – Matthew 7:13-14, direct translation

Where do you fit in? This is your decision. How do you see things? That is your choice too. I can’t tell you a thing, but are you certain where you stand or are you acting as one of those that is critically trying to bring others after your point of view as you worship your own flesh (self) and avoid the truth of your actions? Only you can answer that. The Bible is your mirror. In the end, nobody is forcing you to be a disciple of the Messiah, much less a professed one. Yahshua [Jesus] wants to speak to you. Are you listening or hardening your heart?

“For YHWH so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16, RNKJV
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for sending the Messiah, your only begotten Son to be my Savior. I believe in Him and have made this belief the center of my life. Because of this, by faith I have everlasting life! Thank you! I repent of my sins and of my past, freely admitting that I have fallen short of Your glory. I look fully forward to you in my life and commit my life to You. Thank You YHWH, my Heavenly Father for setting me free in the name of your Son Yahshua [Jesus]. Amen.
genuine-articleYou will never enjoy true freedom through the Messiah and power of the Holy Spirit unless you read and absorb the Bible in prayer and trust. You will never know this freedom until you experience it for yourself. Get to know your Heavenly Father, His Son and allow the Holy Spirit to work in your life. The Holy Spirit is your teacher, your Holy Counselor that lives in you to help you learn about the truth of YHWH and His spiritual gifts.
Satan does not want you to have the excellence of YHWH in your life. People pray for protection and want to be taken care of, but often do little in growing close to Him. The world, your husband, your wife, your family, your government do not build your trust in YHWH or free you from spiritual bondage. Your church or your pastor cannot save you. Education, power and money will not free you, but only the Word of your Heavenly Father. Salvation is a daily walk, an act of love for yourself and for those around you, not a one-time event that centers only on you. Make the Word of YHWH your own, your very life!
YHWH is Yahweh, the covenant name of your Heavenly Father.
The names Yahshua and Yahushua are original language names for Jesus,
He is often referred simply as the Messiah or Master.
