report by John Greene
The Vatican has called for a “reform of international monetary and financial systems”, “a universal public authority” that governments finance. The institution demands “multilateralism,” not only in diplomacy, but for “sustainable development and peace.” It warns of the risk of a generation of “technocrats” who ignore the common good. The Vatican asks to return to the “primacy of politics” on the “economics and finance.” Among the medium-term objectives for this proposal is the creation of a World Central Bank. The Vatican claims that these ideas are a tough stance against liberalism, which it says is the cause of the crisis. In the eyes of this stand, the world must respond by creating a new public world.
If you do not create a new public world, the globalized world runs the risk of becoming a “tower of Babel,” according to the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace. The causes of the current financial and economic crisis is pinpointed by their document entitled :”To Reform the Financial System and Monetary International in Perspective, a Public Authority to Universal Jurisdiction.”
“A devastating effect of these ideologies, especially in the last decades of the last century and the early years of the new century, was the outbreak of the crisis in which the world is still submerged,” said the report by the Vatican department. “What moved the world in this direction is also extremely problematic for peace. First, an economic liberalism without rules and controls. The ideology is a form of “a priori statement,” which claims to make laws from the theory of operation of the market and the so-called laws of capitalist development, some aspects of exasperation. “
The Vatican document posts a critique of the laissez-faire approach that caused the failure of Lehman Brothers: “A liberal orientation made government intervention reluctant in markets and favored the failure of a major international financial institutions, in imagining to define the crisis and its effects. Hence, there is unfortunately, a propagation of distrust that has suddenly prompted a change in attitude, urging government intervention in various forms, of enormous extent (over 20% of the national product) in order to buffer the negative effects that would have engulfed the entire international financial system .”
GLOBALIZATION – In order to avoid the risks and disasters made by economic liberalism, the report claims that it is necessary to establish a world authority to solve problems and not just the economy. “In a rapidly globalizing world, the reference to a world authority becomes the sole focus is compatible with the new realities of our time and with the needs of the human species. It should not be, however, forgot that this passage, given the nature of the injury of men is not without anxiety and without suffering.” the report said, recalling how did John XXIII, and then Benedict XVI in the encyclical” Caritas in Veritate ” have both proposed the creation of a world authority. (“What’s Coming After Globalism: Expanding Rule & Acceptance“; “Origins of Faith & Global Culture“; “Globalization Associated with Poverty & Oppression“; “Foundation of a Global System of Greed“)
TAXATION – The Holy See supports the suggestion of an international taxation of financial transactions. “It should be implemented says the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, by fair rates, but modulated with charges proportionate to the complexity of operations, especially those that take place in the secondary market.”
These calls for a New World Order have been made in spite of the fact that this ‘new order’ is already in place. However, many leaders are looking for more personal advantage. This obsession and promotion of man’s order is in line with Bible prophecy regarding the last days of mankind’s current system just before the Second Coming of the Messiah. However, the New World Order of ‘God’s Kingdom’ that the Roman Catholic Institution and its cronies desire is a counterfeit kingdom that masquerades as a kingdom of peace and security. (“The Supranational Babylon“; “News: The Ten Kingdoms of the New Order“; “Delusion & the Tightening Noose of the Beast System“) Yahshua [Jesus] warns that even the elect would be fooled if that was possible.
