Knowing Where You Stand on YHWH’s Threshing Floor

by John and Ruth Greene

“But you, beloved ones, remember the words spoken before by the emissaries of our Master Yahshua Messiah, because they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own wicked lusts. These are the ones who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.” – Jude 1:17-19, ISR98

earth-spaceThe churches of the nations are in many forms today, scattered about by disagreement and persecution through the age into this very moment. Forgotten or ignored is the power of the Holy Spirit, as preachers stealthily elevate themselves to the role of the Holy Spirit, even promoting themselves above the right hand of YHWH. (Acts 20:29; 1 Timothy 4:1; 2 Timothy 3:1-5; 2 Peter 2:1-3; 2 John 1:7) Because of this religious reality, multitudes are unprepared, even apathetic about what is certain to face them in the immediate future. In reaction to the lack of truth and scriptural teaching, many have abandoned the organized church, often rightfully so. (1 Timothy 4:16; 2 Peter 1:5-10; Hebrews 6:4-6) Others have abandoned the idea of ‘standing with God’ completely because of what they have seen, combined with the pressure and temptations of the world [kosmos]. (James 1:22; 2 Peter 2:20-22; 2 Corinthians 11:3; Revelation 2:4-5) Forgotten or ignored is the reality that ‘falling away’ from YHWH’s Kingdom is rebellion, meriting the same judgment as the world. (1 Timothy 4:1; Hebrews 3:12-19; Romans 11:19-22; Revelation 1:9, 1:17-18) Also forgotten is that, like the Messiah, His disciples will face difficult times, requiring their reliance on Father YHWH. You may be facing these times now. (Luke 18:2-8; Philippians 4:13; Hebrews 10:39; 1 Corinthians 9:27; 1 Peter 2:9; James 4:17; 1 John 5:4; Jude 1:24; Isaiah 40:31; Psalm 1:1-6; “Christianity: A Crisis in Prayer & Spirit“; “Are You Rejecting YHWH’s Holy Spirit?“; “Understanding Real Prosperity“; “The Wheels of Ezekiel“)

searching scriptureMessiah’s purpose and the gift of eternal life have unprecedented value, fully entrusted to committed disciples – even as multitudes seek to twist and put down YHWH’s truth. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 8:22; 1 Corinthians 2:14, 3:19) Many professed Christians are highly susceptible to the great deception of apostasy because they have not taken ownership of YHWH’s truth as their own. (James 1:5; Titus 1:14; Isaiah 55:8-9) Instead, they listen to fables and traditions of men. Opposition has come and teachers of apostasy continue to arise, but disciples of the Messiah must contend for YHWH’s truth by rejecting the falseness and immorality of the world [kosmos, man’s decoration or order]. (Matthew 24:24; 2 Peter 1:16-17; 1 Timothy 1:4, 4:1-7; 2 Timothy 4:3-5) Wicked hordes of man join Satan as adversaries of truth, committed to deceive and destroy the unprepared and uncommitted. (Matthew 7:15; 1 Timothy 6:3-5; 2 Timothy 4:3; 2 Peter 2:1; Romans 16:17-18) Yet, YHWH’s people continue in the purpose of Messiah, defending and promoting the Coming of His Kingdom. (Jude 1:4-19) We remember YHWH’s mighty acts of love and judgment. (Jude 1:5-11, 14-16) Christians would do well to be encouraged while encouraging others that are enduring the struggles of this earthly spiritual battle. As a disciple of the Messiah, learning and knowing the Bible is vital to your focus. This isn’t about ethics of the world, but the reality of scripture. Scripture exhorts us to a higher standard, set on Father’s track of righteousness. (Titus 1:16; Ephesians 6:11-13; 2 Corinthians 10:3-5; Romans 12:1-2; Revelation 21:8; “YHWH’s Track of Righteousness“; “The Secret Weapon of Christians“)

“But you, beloved ones, building yourselves up on your most set-apart belief, praying in the Set-apart Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of Elohim, looking for the compassion of our Master Yahshua Messiah unto everlasting life.” – Jude 1:20-21, ISR98

small Bible studyYHWH’s people heed the warning of past apostles. Seekers of scriptural truth continue in trust through prayer while abiding in the Messiah. Genuine Christians help others to see YHWH’s truth, putting down sin and iniquity of the past. (John 14:15, 15:1-10; 1 John 2:6; James 4:8) All of mankind is in a mighty spiritual war, where those that value YHWH’s mighty love are committed through obedience to the Messiah. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5; Ephesians 6:12; James 4:7) In opposition to YHWH are promoters of apostasy and spiritual error that seek to destroy all that is centered on the Master Yahshua [Jesus] and the work of the Holy Spirit that rests within His people. (1 Peter 5:8-9) Outside of genuine repentance, all people that refuse to believe on Him face final punishment and destruction based on how they lived life and how they judged others. Not one that rejects the purpose of Messiah will escape judgment. (2 Corinthians 6:14; “Delusion & the Tightening Noose of the Beast System“; “Christians & Religious Freedom in the Last Days“)

salt-and-lightGenuine disciples of the Messiah actively seek accuracy and complete understanding, never letting loose of YHWH’s truth, continuing firmly in defending and revealing scriptural truth, even to the expense of their very lives. They want their Heavenly Father’s truth, not a watered-down version or counterfeit version of truth, which isn’t truth at all. (2 Timothy 2:15, 3:1-5; Ephesians 5:11; James 4:8) Nothing is more valuable than living for the purpose of the Messiah. YHWH will create a new heaven and a new earth through Him. (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8; Revelation 21:1-27; Isaiah 65:17) All believers that choose to do so will live with Him forever in complete peace and security. Those that have already died will be raised to life as wholesale rebellion to YHWH is on the way to being put down forever. Evil and injustice will not prevail forever. Promises for the future bring the genuine disciple of the Master great joy from the depths of the heart. Those that believe in heavenly promises will reap those promises. You can follow Yahshua the Messiah and the guidance of the Holy Spirit with unwavering dedication as you keep your focus on the revealing of His Kingdom. (Matthew 6:33, 7:21; Matthew 25:34, 41; John 3:5; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10; Revelation 1:5b-6; “A Branch of the Vine through Trust“; “The Great Tribulation & End Time Rapture“; “The Reality of the Antichrist“; “The Beast Seduction of the Masses“; “The Roots of Biblical End Times“)

“For YHWH so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16, RNKJV
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for sending the Messiah, your only begotten Son to be my Savior. I believe in Him and have made this belief the center of my life. Because of this, by faith I have everlasting life! Thank you! I repent of my sins and of my past, freely admitting that I have fallen short of Your glory. I look fully forward to you in my life and commit my life to You. Thank You YHWH, my Heavenly Father for setting me free in the name of your Son Yahshua [Jesus]. Amen.
genuine-articleYou will never enjoy true freedom through the Messiah and power of the Holy Spirit unless you read and absorb the Bible in prayer and trust. You will never know this freedom until you experience it for yourself. Get to know your Heavenly Father, His Son and allow the Holy Spirit to work in your life. The Holy Spirit is your teacher, your Holy Counselor that lives in you to help you learn about the truth of YHWH and His spiritual gifts.
Satan does not want you to have the excellence of YHWH in your life. People pray for protection and want to be taken care of, but often do little in growing close to Him. The world, your husband, your wife, your family, your government do not build your trust in YHWH or free you from spiritual bondage. Your church or your pastor cannot save you. Education, power and money will not free you, but only the Word of your Heavenly Father. Salvation is a daily walk, an act of love for yourself and for those around you, not a one-time event that centers only on you. Make the Word of YHWH your own, your very life!
YHWH is Yahweh, the covenant name of your Heavenly Father.
The names Yahshua and Yahushua are original language names for Jesus,
He is often referred simply as the Messiah or Master.
