For most Christians and the rest of those in the world, “faith” isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. The “faith” of the world is commonly motivated by fear and condemnation rather than love or appreciation. True belief and trust are rooted in love rather than condemnation and fear. What we have in this world are many brokenhearted people that are taught to be full of self-hatred and condemnation, which is exactly what Satan and his agents want. Submission through self-loathing, coupled with the illusion of ‘duty’ is how politics and religion continue to play into the hands of evil and continue to perpetuate that evil. (John 13:34; Luke 4:18; Mark 16:16; Psalm 34:17-20, 103:2-4; “Origins of Faith & Global Culture“; “Trusting in YHWH Instead of Princes“; “Ambassadors for Messiah? Trust in His Promises“; “Millenniums of Human Exploitation“; “The Image & Mark of the Beast System“; “Redefining Good“)
Even in the religious world, self-loathing is not about righteous devotion, what some claim to be piety. As a disciple of the Messiah, you are not ‘unworthy’ or ‘a heap of sin’. You are not worthy to be punished forever. Self-loathing is not only counterproductive, it is an error in both teaching and thinking. You are loved. Elohim [‘God’, YHWH] expresses His loving-kindness toward all. He returns His favor towards those that love Him. (Galatians 5:16; 1 John 3:1-24; 1 Corinthians 10:13; James 4:7; Psalm 5:12, 31:21, 36:7, 63:3, 69:16, 84:11, 90:17, 117:2, 144:2; Isaiah 54:8; “The Secret of Dedicated Disciples“; “Breaking Strongholds of False Authority“; “Your Bank Account“; “Truth About YHWH’s Wrath“; “The Disciple and Hell: The Parables of Matthew 25“; “The Distortion of the Family & the Perversion of Justice“)
So it was in the parable of the lost son. The lost son had squandered his inheritance and found himself starving in a foreign land.
“I will get up and go to my father, and will tell him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight. I am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me as one of your hired servants.’” – Luke 15:18-19, NHEBME
How did his father react?
“He arose, and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ But the father said to his servants, ‘Quickly, bring out the best robe, and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet. Bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat, and celebrate;for this, my son, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.’ They began to celebrate.” – Luke 15:21-24, NHEBME
The older son became vexed by the celebration and the return of his brother. How did his father explain the celebration?
“He said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours. But it was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.'” – Luke 15:31-32, NHEBME
Consider yourself as that lost son. Your Father never stopped loving you, and happily received you back from your separated relationship – even when you did your worst – even if you were separated from Him at birth on this earth. (Luke 15:11-32)
Many of us come from unloving families, or at least, had an unloving, or a harsh and severe father. Others had alcoholism and drug use modeled. None of these images are uncommon, yet this is the image that many of us continue to hold about all fathers or parents, including our Heavenly Father. That is what we know, and this is what most of the wounded tend to live and relive. Aren’t we all wounded in some way? (“Healing: The Beginning of Love“; “Breaking the Hold of Stress“; “Fighting a World of Fear & Delusion“; “Agape: Discipleship is Renewal“; “Healing Wounds That People Can’t See“; “Overcoming Child Abuse“)
Some have experienced neglect from both parents, so understanding the love of anyone is difficult, because love has never truly been modeled on any level in their lives. In a world gone awry through sin and iniquity, love is not only poorly modeled, but often misrepresented. For harsh, self-centered and uncaring people, you can never be good enough. Instead of displaying love, many people simply react to circumstances and wound those around them. This includes some of the most religious people around. (John 15:19; “Ya Gotta Have Roots!“; “Defining Love“; “Discernment 101: Learning to be Discerning“; “Deception: The Plague of Love Detachment“; “Shining Love Toward Others in Righteousness“)
“Love is patient, is kind, love does not envy, love does not boast, is not puffed up, does not behave indecently, does not seek its own, is not provoked, reckons not the evil, does not rejoice over the unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth, it covers all, believes all, expects all, endures all.” – 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, ISR98
The New Covenant of scripture, in contrast, actually goes against punishment for its own sake. Punishing judgment is presented as a problem to be solved, not as a final solution. The problem of wrath (punitive judgment or ‘justice’) is overcome through the sacrifice of Yahshua [Jesus], which is an act of restoration that restores believers to a right relationship with Elohim. In other words, restoration is how Elohim acts to heal the problem. Love is not in conflict with restoration. It is restoration. Elohim’s restoration is not simply about punishment, but about making things right again between you and Him. Messiah is what sets people right in the eyes of the Father. The Set Apart Spirit [Dedicated, ‘Holy’ Spirit] is the means to cleanse and heal disciples in preparation for the New Kingdom – YHWH’s Kingdom. (Matthew 5:8; John 11:25-26, 14:6, 17:15-18; 1 Peter 1:16, 2:9; “Foundation of Salvation“; “The Reality of Judgment & Your Preparation“; “The Provision of Healing and Health“; “Are You One of the Walking Dead?“; “He Must Have Deserved It“; “Persisting Against Deception & Oppression During Tribulation“)
Only the wicked – the accusers and those that refuse to heed the warning with action – those that reject Yahshua [Jesus], the Father or the Set Apart Spirit will reap the judgment prescribed in scripture. That is good news for a hurting world of mankind, even if only some are willing to receive salvation and walk in that provision. To the wicked, this righteousness is detested, because Elohim’s righteousness sets a standard that they resist and openly fight against. (Ephesians 2:10; Psalm 37:9; “YHWH’s Track of Righteousness“; “YHWH: The Choice to Stay Loyal“; “YHWH’s Provision“; “Disciples & the Occult of the World“)
The accusers of the world would rather have you bathe in shame, condemnation and self-loathing because this gives them power over you. The false justice of mankind has shaped everything that people have done, reflected in society at any given place and time. Violence has never healed, only harmed. Man’s justice never produces real reform, must less healing and health. Hurt isn’t healed, but perpetuated. This false system of justice creates a vicious cycle that remains unbroken for successive generations. It is ingrained in our culture and thinking. It teaches all how to be harsh and unloving as we are shamed and dehumanized by most worldly authority. None of this teaches or demonstrates repentance or salvation because it is not of our Father YHWH, or His Kingdom. It is counter to that. It is “antichrist” or against, a substitute for His Kingdom. (Matthew 7:13-14, 21-23; 1 John 1:7, 2:22; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12; Revelation 13:1-18; “Justice & Righteousness“; “Disciples of Messiah & the Authority of Man“; “Authority: The Real Meaning of Romans 13“; “Balancing Authority & the Road to Enslavement“; “The Antichrist & the War on Reality“)
Yahshua [Jesus] the Messiah died to set matters straight in the eyes of Elohim. His atonement through love was and is an act of restoration for a world of sin and separation. (John 18:36; Romans 14:17; 2 Corinthians 5:19) It allows the problem of sin to be set right. The problem is healed in the spiritual world – restoring disciples that believe with a right relationship that they can begin to personally develop through the Set Apart Spirit [‘Holy’ Spirit]. This begins and continues a process of healing through loving compassion, the fulfilling of shalom through scripture and Spirit. He seeks to reach, and to begin to heal the broken-hearted, the sick, the oppressed and the condemned of the world. They are in the best position to readily receive Him, as they are not always as mentally clouded by the power of the world system in place. (Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:11, 14-19; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Colossians 3:1, 10; Galatians 2:20, 5:16; Isaiah 61:1-4; Psalm 91:1-16; “Forsaking Bitterness“; “Is Your Forgiveness Real?“; “Replacing Sin and Becoming Set Apart“; “Wisdom & the Battle of Two Kingdoms“; “Building a Counterfeit Kingdom“)
The healing of the earth is soon to be brought to the physical world in full form through YHWH’s Kingdom, through Yahshua [Jesus] alone. (Daniel 2:44; Romans 2:6-8, 4:13; James 2:20-24; 2 Peter 3:11-13; Revelation 11:15; “Keeping Your Mind on What is Above“; “Babylon & the Foul Ones“; “The Second Coming: Getting Ready“)
